Privacy Policy
This website is operated by CloudSphere. As data controller we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you provide it through our contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Service area of interest (optional)
- The content of your message
If you consent to analytics cookies, we also process standard technical data: a truncated IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time on page. Without your consent, none of this is collected.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) - responding to enquiries you initiate.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) - analytics cookies, which are off until you accept them.
- Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) - communications about a possible engagement.
4. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry or service request
- To assess project fit and prepare proposals
- To keep records of business communications
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for a maximum of two years from last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
6. Your rights
As a data subject in the EU you have the right to:
- Access - obtain a copy of your personal data
- Rectification - have inaccurate data corrected
- Erasure - have your data deleted
- Restriction - limit how we process your data
- Portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on it
To exercise any of these, write to office@cloud-sphere.eu. We respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been breached you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian supervisory authority, the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), at azop.hr.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies until you choose. Your consent decision itself is
stored in your browser's local storage under cs_cookie_consent
so that we do not ask again on every visit; this is strictly necessary for
the banner to work and holds no personal data.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-GRXNTV8DED) with IP anonymisation enabled. Google Analytics is
operated by Google Ireland Limited, and data may be transferred to Google
LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you
decline, the Google Analytics script is never loaded and no request is made
to Google's servers.
You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the consent banner back on your next visit.
8. Third-party services
This is a static website with no advertising, tracking pixels or social media plugins. Fonts are self-hosted on our own server, so no request is made to Google Fonts or any other font CDN and your IP address is not shared with a font provider.
The contact form posts to a script on this same server, which emails your enquiry to our own mailbox. Your details are not sent to a third-party form service or processor at any point. The submission record includes your IP address, used solely to rate-limit automated abuse.
9. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic to this site, secure email, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we apply measures appropriate to the risk.
